Just got this:

(20:29:28 ): by the way, IPs will be changing soon... I'm not sure when but my provider is getting a new block
(20:30:37 ): because they are getting their own block instead of using someone else's block
(20:30:55 ): that will give them more control over issues like being listed in spamhaus and also more control over routing

About the Spamhaus listing - because of their poor site upkeep, the whole block is listed. Someone on the network decided to run a bunch of spam sites, so Spamhaus blacklisted just about everything.

This will hopefully improve routing, but we'll see. We should still have access to the old block for a few days after the change is made. This will hopefully still work, but it might not respond until a change is made. Fair warning for y'all.
