What kind of fees are we talking about here (amount)?
I am not opposed to paying for the fee out of the PH fund, rather than Kristi having to donate for it.

It just gets taken out of the donations. There's nothing you really have to send out to PayPal. It's like sales tax.

It is a processing fee. The same fee that would be charged for processing a Credit Card on a merchant account. That is a cost that Kristi should not need to compensate the team for.
I believe paypals transaction fee is based on the percentage of monies exchanged plus a minor fee depending on the accounts balance.
Which makes paypal incredibly cost effective for our purpose. The cost of establishing and maintaining a Merchant Account to processes credit card transactions is massive if you are not taking in large sums of credit transfers on a regular basis.

Hi All,
I upgraded my PayPal account to Premium before I started accepting donatons to my account so that I could accept credit card payemnts. That's why PayPal takes out fees.. If I had left it as a personal account then I wouldn't have been able to accept credit card payments but the transactions would have been free. I will cover the cost of the fees which are noted as of 5/18/03. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask. BTW, I never see where your donations are taken from.. All's I see what has been transferred to me.
