How about not allowing guest posts, except perhaps a new forum called "Information About...."

I'd rather not ban all guests from posting because of one bad user. I'm going to be adding mods as soon as we get some organizational stuff down.

Well, we must have at least a few forums that only authenticated Team members can see - otherwise what's the point?

We can do everything in public at BBR - why do it in public here?

Agreed, there should be a forum that only registered (from BBR Disco)users can see and post in.

That is no problem at all. I can set up forums that require admin approval.

That sounds good. I don't think we need it right this second, but when it comes time for voting and more in depth planning, I think it would be good to have.

I agree. I need to know which forums to create and who gets access.... whenever you guys decide that it's necessary.
