Section 2: Team Discovery Project Hope is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific and educational purposes, more specifically to design, build, and operate computer systems for the use in distributed computing projects on behalf of DSL Reports Team Discovery's interests.

Couldn't stand not seeing any discussion.

I see nothing wrong with the proposed changes.

As for buying whole machines instead of components - - that may have made sense some time ago, but with the current prices it seems futile and like a greater imposition on the blades' hosts than is really useful.

And, I think the board or people they designate should have the ability to grab any good deal without having to tie purchases to general membership input. Retailers are smart enough to offer pop-up bargains and they have to be grabbed while available.

Run outta money by being foolish...we fire everyone.

Proposed changes look fine ... an improved revision for sure.

That's what we want to be able to do.

I think the blades did make sense but now boxes make more sense. I also think that in the long run that will help out the hosts because they will be quieter and not be open to all the dust and debris that can clog up those cooling fans so a little less maintenance will be required.

I think more folks might be willing to host boxes rather than blades. Blades would appear to require a little more technical ability than a box unit IMO, some of the less technically inclined would feel more comfortable with a box.

As fas as the changes to the bylaws, I don't have any issues there.

Everything looks good to me. I love the box blades idea. Not only less clutter for the host but also gives them more room. You can just line them boxes up.

Why not start on Monday and close on March 28?
