This fund drive will begin on March 4, 2004 and will end on March 12, 2004 and we will hold the drawing on March 15, 2004. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from giveaway@tdprojecthope.com within 24 hours of receipt of your donation and/or entry. The drawing will be video taped and the video will be posted on TDPH. We will also post an announcement and a link to the video here and will also notify the named person via e-mail. There are three way you can enter.

1. Enter by making a donation via PayPal.

For every $5.00 USD you donate, your name will be entered into the drawing. You may enter as may times as you like. Please include a valid e-mail address so we may contact you if you have the winning entry.

2. Send a donation via check or money order made payable to Team Discovery Project Hope, P.O.Box 1330, Grove City, Ohio 43123-1330. Please include a valid e-mail address so we may contact you if you have the winning entry. For every $5.00 USD you donate, your name will be entered into the drawing. You may enter as may times as you like.

3. No purchase necessary entry. Located below is an entry form. Please print out this page and complete the form. Make sure you fill in your name, address and a valid e-mail address or your entry will be void. Mail the form to Team Discovery Project Hope, P.O.Box 1330, Grove City, Ohio 43123-1330. One entry per envelope, you may enter as many times as you wish.

1. This giveaway is open to all legal residents of the United States, except for Team Discovery Project Hope Board Members and members of their immediate family. Must be 18 or older to enter. By entering, the participant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Team Discovery Project Hope Board, which are final and binding in all respects.
2. No purchase necessary to enter.
3. All correctly completed entries as described above will be placed into the running for this giveaway. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
4. All entries must be received by midnight EST March 12, 2004.
5. On March 15, 2004, a single entry will be randomly chosen from the list of "VALID" entries.
6. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
7. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. This offer is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. It is your responsibility to check the laws of jurisdiction in which you live.
